Welcome to Beddings LK (https://beddings.lk). By accessing or using our website, or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

Beddings LK is a sole proprietorship operated by Dena Gamage Thilan Randika, trading in Sri Lanka.

We operate as an e-commerce store specialising in premium cotton and handloom bedsheets, popcorn blankets, and related bedding products, sold and delivered within Sri Lanka.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, to place an order on this website. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
All prices displayed on this website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect orders we have already accepted.
We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate, and slight variation between the product image and the item delivered is possible with natural fabrics.
4. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed only once we accept it and notify you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
- The product is out of stock or no longer available
- There has been an error in the price or product description
- We are unable to verify the delivery address or contact details you provided
- We suspect the order to be fraudulent
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address or phone number you provided at the time the order was made.
5. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. Card and instalment payment options are being added and will be announced on this website once available.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method presented. All payments are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched only after we have confirmed receipt of payment.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes, shipping charges, and delivery areas are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Your rights to return an item, cancel an order, and receive a refund are set out in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. User Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information for all orders placed at our store, and to update that information promptly if it changes. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of incorrect details supplied by you.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product photographs, logos, and design, is the property of Beddings LK and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beddings LK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of this website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
