Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Beddings LK, we strive to deliver your premium bedsheets and blankets as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all locations within Sri Lanka.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Current Promotion: We offer Free Shipping on all non-Cash on Delivery (COD) orders paid via Bank Transfer. (Note: Subject to current promotional periods such as the offer valid until 30th April).

3. Delivery Timeframes

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to reach you, depending on your location within Sri Lanka.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number or delivery status update via email or SMS.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable, the package will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for any secondary shipping charges.
