Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Beddings LK (https://beddings.lk). We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our premium bedding products.

1. Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom-sized or specially ordered bedsheets
• Items bought on clearance or final sale

2. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at beddingslk@gmail.com or call us at +94 77 382 3810 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address in Sri Lanka.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Bank Transfer or via the Payment Gateway). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at beddingslk@gmail.com. We will cover the shipping cost for exchanging defective products.
